Zejgepuzfuh provides regulatory and statutory advisory services for Malaysian businesses. Our services include compliance consultation, statutory navigation, and corporate regulatory support.
Clients must:
Fees are quoted and agreed upon before engagement. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.
Zejgepuzfuh's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
All client information is protected under attorney-client privilege and data protection laws. We comply with Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and GDPR requirements for international clients.
All advisory documents, frameworks, and methodologies remain Zejgepuzfuh's property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Either party may terminate services with 14 days written notice. Outstanding fees remain due upon termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kuala Lumpur.
